YT ClipMind provides tools that allow users to:

• Create Markdown notes

• Generate AI-powered summaries

2. Free and Pro Features

YT ClipMind provides both free and paid features.

Free Features

Free users may access features including:

• YouTube clip creation
• Embedded video playback
• Markdown notes
• Markdown export
• Video link sharing

Free features may be used without creating an account.

Pro Features

Pro users may access additional features including:

• Multi-source and multi-segment embedding
• AI-generated summaries
• Advanced sharing options
• Additional Pro functionality

AI Summary usage is currently limited to:

Up to 3 runs per day . 2h total max per run for AI quality

Usage limits may change depending on service availability, cost, or abuse prevention requirements.

3. User Accounts

Certain Pro features require an account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Sharing Links

YT ClipMind provides different sharing modes.

Depending on the selected mode:

• Shared links may provide read-only access.
• Shared links may allow collaborative editing.
• Shared links may allow creating a separate copy when saved.

Users are responsible for understanding the sharing permissions before distributing links.

Free shared links may be edited by anyone who has access to the link.

5. AI Generated Content

YT ClipMind uses artificial intelligence services to generate summaries and related content.

AI-generated results may contain errors or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying on it.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

YT ClipMind offers paid plans processed through Paddle.

Available plans may include:

• Monthly Plan: $6.99/month
• 3-Month Plan: $18.85
• 6-Month Plan: $35.65
• Yearly Plan: $67.00/year
• Lifetime Access: $99 one-time payment

7. Recurring Subscriptions

Recurring subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled.

Users may:

• Cancel automatic renewal
• Manage subscription settings through available payment management options

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generally provide refunds for already completed billing periods.

8. Lifetime Access

Lifetime purchases provide access to available Pro features without recurring payments.

Lifetime access applies to features available at the time of purchase.

Future features, services, or significant changes may be offered separately.

9. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be handled according to Paddle's payment policies and applicable regulations.

• External services will always operate without interruption
